Well Truman is a Fresian. He loves to be out in the pasture and get exercise with me (Oh I am an 11 year old girl I have over 60 horses) and pretend like he is a big bad racehorse!!
I got him from a rescue center. and you guys should make it where people can comment on the horse pics.
Hi Ashleigh - do you have a picture of Truman to share?

I found Lieutenant up the road severely neglected. After 6 months of TLC I'm so proud of just how far he has come. He is an angel who didn't deserve the life he was living.

Sparky is a nine year old, leopard spot appaloosa, who lives up to his name - he's very quick and cheeky. He is very photogenic and has even appeared on the cover of Horse Illustrated magazine.
When we got him he was lame due to navicular issues and sidebone. After a few months of rehab he was much improved and now, just over a year later he is 100%.
Sparky enjoys clicker training and has perfected the bow, which he likes to show off to anyone who visits.
He is a lot of fun to ride as he is very forward going and he is very sociable with other horses.
Sparky, with his friends Monty and Jasper.

Four geldings we have here at our equine trust. Max is a black 1995 Clyde/TB/Kaimanawa (NZ Wild Horse) 15.2hh; Mickey is a bay 1992 Appaloosa/QH 15hh; Darcy is a liver chestnut 1999 TBx 16.3hh; The clown of the paddock is Ari, a grey 1994 TBx named after Ariel - Archeangel of Wisdom.. All our horses live at grass 12 months of the year and are barefoot trimmed. We wouldn't have it any other way...

Meet Apollo an off the track TB who was bought for just one dollar after he severely broke down. He had been lame for years when Sabrina got him but happily after just 3 months of re-hab in a natural environment he is now completely sound and happy.
Sabrina says: "No one beleived in me and no one thought he would make it. I knew right from the start he was one of a kind a true solidier that need a chance the proper way. He is 10 years old but doesn't act like it any more :)"
The picture above shows him enjoying the results of a Reiki and massage session.

She is a great pony for what she has gone through. She spent 9 years of her life being a PMU mare (PMU stands for pregnant mare's urine, which is used to make hormone replacement drugs for women) before my mom and I rescued her. We had her shipped to us in California from Canada. When she arrived at our ranch, she was unsure of human contact. As soon as she started to trust us, she figured out that humans are so bad after all and she turned out to be the sweetest pony!
Good for you and your mom, for saving this sweet girl. Sounds like she has found the perfect home! Jenny

A beautiful registered chestnut three year old quarter horse mare, my buddy, pride and joy. Here just after I bought her as a two year old, at the end of winter. Our relationship has gone from strength to strength with Natural Horsemanship methods and track grazing. She has three other equine buddies she bosses around.
I love that fact that yet again I can own a horse and develop a relationship like I had with my first pony that I thought was a once in a lifetime occurance.

Paddy
Paddy and Romeo are Gypsy cobs they have got hilarious ways, like when Paddy gets impatient he stands on your foot as for Romeo he always drops his hayledge into his water bucket. They are very messy and funny! I love them!!

In this shot we see Mokee, a twenty year old appaloosa and Mo Zee, a spritely twenty year old registered Paint mare and mum of Mia. Marlene keeps all her horses as natually as possible.

Rollie is a black and white paint and she is eighteen years old - she does not like our dog Simba. Sometimes our friends bring their horses but when they leave, Rollie is lonely. When I saw Rollie rear for the first time I was amazed. I'm in grade 4. My name is Josiah. I'm a twin. My twin sister is named Johanna, my older sister is named Caityln and my brother is named Nolan.

Xena is a 10yo Welsh Mountain x Arab mare standing at about 13hh. Before she came to us a year ago, she had been a lawn-mower for several years for a family that didn't really know anything about horse care.
Her feet were a mess from the last time she foundered, her manners were atrocious and she was so severely overweight that she resembled an almond.
Now, although still on the podgy side, Xena is a beautiful child's pony ridden regularly on the lead, by my 5yo daughter Jordan.
She is barefoot trimmed, has a treeless saddle, and lives outside all year round. Eventually I would like to see her bitless as well (BTB).

It was bought from Sonepur at 15,000 rupees event it was of only 6 months. Now it is my best friend ever and ready to ride.
Pilgrim is definitely a push ride. He can be stubborn at times, but he has a lovely jump and auto change afterwards. He loves food and is a very patient horse.

Montana, or Monty, is a five year old TB x TW, who loves "his racetrack" otherwise known as the paddock paradise track. He has amazing bare feet and has just been started using a bitless bridle and treeless saddle. He has wonderful paces with a huge stride and floaty trot.
He is very intelligent and playful, and loves to be a brat. He enjoys playing with our other horses and causing trouble.
It was a bit chilly the day I took the second pic!
